Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.
  • We will contact you after booking to gather additional information and to email you the rental agreement for electronic signature.

Property Access

  • There are zero stairs between the parking lot and the building entrance. Once inside, there is elevator access or stairs up one floor to the condo.
  • The condo is located on the third floor.
  • Skiers and snowboarders can access the heated indoor ski & snowboard locker room. Direct slope access is available.
  • Shared amenities are not available 24/7; see details below.

Parking Information

  • Parking is an outdoor lot and spaces are not assigned.
  • Trailers are not allowed per HOA guidelines. Contact us for off-site trailer parking options if needed.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to book: 30 years.

  • All guests are required to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.
  • Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group occupying the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed and may be required by local law.
  • Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
  • Guests must provide the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. Changes to group size may affect cost and/or deposit requirements.

Fees and Payments

  • The standard cleaning fee covers final cleaning after the rental period.
  • For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week. Contact us before booking for details regarding lengthy stays, group details, rates, and cleaning schedule.
  • Some properties may use a "High Occupancy Fee" for larger groups, which may affect the nightly rate.
